North-South not East-West
Lacrosse Moves: Split Dodge for Midfielders
Always dodge in a “North-South” direction, not an “East-West” direction. North-South means dodging directly towards the goal, while East-West refers to dodging towards the sideline. You always want your momentum going towards the goal rather than away from it whenever you are dodging. This will ensure higher percentage shots and increase your chances of scoring.
