If you want to double team another player, wait until his back is turned so they are not looking in your direction. Then, quickly double team your opponent and sandwich him between you and your teammate. Knock the ball out of his stick, pick the ball up, and clear it out of your team’s defensive area. On defense, it's better to make an aggressive mistake than to make a mistake because you hesitate.
