Take the ball away

If you’re guarding a poor ball-handler, ask your defensive teammates adjacent to you to step out and guard their man when the person you’re guarding gets the ball. The defenders adjacent to you need to prevent their men from getting open for passes so you can play aggressively on your opponent to try and take the ball away. With no easy pass for your opponent to make, there is a good chance you will be able to take the ball away and cause a turnover.
